Common nodes: http, csvparce and DataStore

For HTTP calls the node is http. To read a CSV it is csvparce (not "csvRead" or "csvlist"). To accumulate history use DataStore (dataStoreAdd): saveToExcel creates a new file per run and does not accumulate.
