Process, automation and integration audit
We review your processes, tools, integrations and data. You get a clear diagnosis, prioritized opportunities and a roadmap to act with less risk.
20 minutes · No commitment · We'll tell you if the audit is a fit or not.
A methodology, not a tool
It captures the methodology our founding partners have developed over years of experience in processes, integration and automation. We have simplified and systematized it, and trained our certified partners in it, who apply it with a common, traceable and comparable method.
Floogos is the platform. The 360 Audit decides, with expert judgment, what to simplify, integrate or automate — with or without Floogos.
Manual processes, duplicated spreadsheets, disconnected apps and constant exceptions create hard-to-see costs. Automating without a diagnosis can move the problem, not solve it.

Repetitive tickets and missing context
Manual reports and inconsistent figures

Data that doesn't sync, or syncs late

Who is it for?
Companies with manual processes, disconnected apps, recurring errors or many unprioritized opportunities. Especially useful when leadership needs to decide where to act first.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on scope, people's availability and the quality of the information.
What do you need from us?
A sponsor, a process owner, access to key participants, an initial description and the minimum agreed data or samples.
Do you need production access?
Not by default. We prioritize guided demos, documentation and anonymized or synthetic data. Any exceptional access is agreed and limited.
Does it include implementation?
No. The audit ends with an actionable plan. Implementation, if of interest, is scoped and quoted separately.
Do you work with our current tools?
Yes. The goal is to understand the real system and recommend the best next step: simplify, configure, integrate, replace or automate.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. We estimate scenarios with explicit assumptions. The real result depends on implementation, adoption, volumes and operating conditions.
What if there is no reliable data?
We build ranges and samples, state the confidence level and propose how to measure before investing.
Is it a cybersecurity or legal audit?
No. We review risks visible within the process, but it does not replace a specialized audit or legal advice.
Can you audit a single process?
Yes. In fact, a narrow scope usually produces faster, more verifiable decisions.
What will we receive?
Executive summary, current map, diagnosis, prioritized opportunities, roadmap, value case and an initial action plan.
What is the next step?
A 20-minute call to assess fit, goal and scope. If we're not the right option, we'll say so clearly.
