DHL Express rate quote via webhook

A webhook receives origin, destination and weight, queries DHL Express rates and returns the services sorted by price.

Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.

Workflow diagram: DHL Express rate quote via webhook

    What it does

Instantly calculates how much it costs to ship a parcel with DHL Express. Your website, cart or chatbot sends the origin and destination postal codes, the weight and the size; the workflow queries the real rates of your DHL account and replies with all services sorted from cheapest to most expensive, with delivery time and the cheapest rate highlighted.

What you need: DHL Express credentials with access to the rates API.

How to use it: install the template, connect DHL and send a POST to the webhook with {"origen_cp":"28001","origen_ciudad":"Madrid","destino_cp":"08019","destino_ciudad":"Barcelona","peso_kg":2}.

    How to set it up

    1. 1

      Connect the DhlGetRates credential

This template uses DhlGetRates in: Tarifas DHL. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

    2. 2

Copy the webhook URL (Recibir consulta)

A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

    3. 3

      Connect DHL Express

Select your credentials in the Tarifas DHL node.

    4. 4

      Test a quote
