Do I need a Twilio account to use this connector?
Yes. You need a Twilio account with WhatsApp enabled (sandbox or production) and your Account SID, Auth Token and sender number as credentials in Floogos.
Can I send images or documents, not just text?
Yes. Pass a media URL in the workflow data and the message is sent with the attachment included.
How do I know if a message was delivered?
Every send returns the Twilio message SID, which you can store or use in a later step to check delivery status.
