    What it does

    Turn Holded into a small lookup API without coding. Your website, chatbot or sales team makes a request with a SKU; the workflow finds the product in Holded and answers in JSON with name, stock and price. If the SKU does not exist it answers 404.

    What you need: a Holded API key and products with a SKU.

    How to use it: install the template, connect Holded and call the webhook with {"sku":"AC-5L"}. You can chain it with a WhatsApp or Telegram bot so they answer on their own.

    How to set it up

    1. 1

      Connect the holded credential

      This template uses holded in: Buscar producto. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

      Copy the webhook URL (Consultar stock)

      A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

    3. 3

      Test with a SKU

      Send a POST to the webhook URL with {"sku":"A_SKU_FROM_YOUR_HOLDED"}. It should return name, stock and price. With a made-up SKU it returns 404.

      Activate the workflow

      Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
