    Mark Tienda Nube orders as shipped with tracking

    What it does

    Connects your logistics system (labels, warehouse, ERP or a plain sheet) with Tienda Nube. When you prepare a shipment, your system sends a POST to the webhook with the order and tracking; the workflow creates the shipment in Tienda Nube ("shipped" status) with the carrier, tracking number and link, and Tienda Nube notifies the customer according to your notification settings.

    What you need: a Tienda Nube store (Store ID and Access Token) and your system sending a JSON with order_id and tracking_number (optionally tracking_url and shipping_company).

    How to use it: install the template, connect Tienda Nube and call the webhook URL each time you dispatch an order.

    How to set it up

      Connect the tiendanube credential

      This template uses tiendanube in: Marcar como enviado. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

      Copy the webhook URL (Recibir envío)

      A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

      Connect Tienda Nube

      Add the credential with your Store ID and Access Token in the Marcar como enviado node.

    4. 4

      Test with an order

      Send a POST to the webhook URL with {"order_id":"123456","tracking_number":"ABC123","tracking_url":"https://tracking.example.com/ABC123","shipping_company":"Correos"} using the ID of a real order. The order should be marked as shipped.

      Activate the workflow

      Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
