Mercado Libre questions answered with AI
Every few minutes it looks for unanswered questions on your Mercado Libre listings and replies with an AI-written answer.
Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.
What it does
Answering fast is key to selling on Mercado Libre. Every 10 minutes this workflow fetches your most recent unanswered question, passes it to OpenAI with tone and limit instructions, and posts the reply on the question itself. If there are no pending questions, it does nothing.
What you need: Mercado Libre credentials (OAuth) and an OpenAI API key.
How to use it: install the template, connect both credentials, tune the AI instructions in the Redactar respuesta node and activate the workflow. It processes one question per run; if you receive many, shorten the cron interval.
Tip: if you prefer to review before answering, replace the Responder en Mercado Libre node with a Telegram alert containing the suggested text.
How to set it up

Connect the mercadolibre credential
This template uses mercadolibre in: Buscar pregunta sin responder, Responder en Mercado Libre. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Connect the openai credential
This template uses openai in: Redactar respuesta. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Connect Mercado Libre and OpenAI
Select your credentials in the Buscar pregunta sin responder, Redactar respuesta and Responder en Mercado Libre nodes.

Tune the AI instructions
In Redactar respuesta set the tone, your shipping times and what it must NOT promise. Keep it from inventing stock, prices or deadlines.

Test and activate
Leave a test question on one of your listings, run the workflow once and check the reply. Then activate the cron.

Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
