Update PrestaShop product prices and status via webhook
Receive a reference with its new price (and optionally enable or disable the product) and update it in your PrestaShop store.
Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.
What it does
Change prices from your ERP, a supplier price list or a spreadsheet without opening the back-office. The workflow receives the product reference and the new price (tax excluded, as PrestaShop stores it) through a webhook and, optionally, whether the product must be active, and updates only those fields.
What you need: the PrestaShop Webservice with a key that can read and modify products.
How to use it: install the template, connect PrestaShop and POST to the webhook with {"reference":"BLUE-TSHIRT","price":19.9}. To disable a product add "active": false.
Note: the workflow only sends price and status; the rest of the product fields are left untouched.

Connect the prestashop credential
This template uses prestashop in: Actualizar producto en PrestaShop. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Copy the webhook URL (Recibir precio)
A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

Connect PrestaShop
In the Actualizar producto en PrestaShop node connect the PrestaShop credential (store URL without
/apiand Webservice key). - 4
Test with a test product
Send a
POSTto the webhook URL with{"reference":"TEST-REFERENCE","price":12.5}and check the price in the back-office. Always start with a test product. - 5
Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
