Daily low-stock alert from Holded
Every working day it checks the Holded inventory and, if any products are below the minimum, emails purchasing with the list.
Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.
What it does
An inventory watchdog that never forgets: every working day at 8:00 it reads the Holded products with their stock, picks those below the minimum (5 units by default) and emails purchasing a table with SKU, name and remaining units. If everything is fine, it sends nothing.
What you need: a Holded API key and an SMTP account. Products must have stock tracking in Holded.
How to use it: install the template, connect Holded and SMTP, adjust the minimum in the Detectar stock bajo node (MINIMO) and activate the workflow.

This template uses holded in: Leer productos. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

This template uses smtp in: Avisar a compras. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Adjust the minimum and recipient
In Detectar stock bajo change
MINIMO(5) to your threshold and in Avisar a compras replacecompras@tuempresa.comwith your email. - 4
Run it once
Run the workflow manually. Temporarily raise
MINIMO(for example to 100000) to force the email and check it. - 5
Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
