Telegram alert for every new Shopify order
Every time an order comes into your Shopify store, you get a Telegram message with the number, customer, amount and products.
Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.
What it does
Shopify calls the Floogos webhook every time an order is created. The workflow builds a readable message (order number, customer, total, payment status and product lines) and sends it to your Telegram chat or group, so your team knows instantly without opening the admin.
What you need: a Shopify store (with permission to create webhooks under Settings → Notifications) and a Telegram bot with the ID of the chat that will receive the alerts.
How to use it: install the template, connect the bot, set the chat and register a Shopify webhook for the "Order creation" event (JSON format) pointing to this workflow webhook URL.
How to set it up

Connect the telegram credential
This template uses telegram in: Avisar por Telegram. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Copy the webhook URL (Recibir pedido de Shopify)
A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

Set the Telegram chat
In the Avisar por Telegram node replace
TU_CHAT_IDwith your chat or group ID and connect the bot. - 4
Register the webhook in Shopify
In Shopify: Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Create webhook. Event "Order creation", JSON format and the URL of the Recibir pedido de Shopify node.

Test with an order
Create a test order in your store (or use "Send test notification" in Shopify). The message should arrive on Telegram.

Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
