Finnegans sales dashboard with KPIs, charts and per-document detail

Copies Finnegans documents to an interactive dashboard every night: revenue, average ticket, monthly trend, top customers and sellers, with search, a status filter and a side panel with each document's detail.

Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.

    What it does

Every night the workflow queries a Finnegans entity (Comprobante by default), normalises the key fields (number, date, customer, seller, status, amount, currency) and stores them in a Data Store, so the dashboard answers instantly without hitting the ERP on every visit.

The bundled dashboard shows four KPIs (documents, total revenue, average ticket and best customer), the monthly amount trend, the split by status, the top 8 customers and sellers and a paginated, sortable table. Interactivity: a text search and a status filter recompute KPIs, charts and table together; clicking a row opens a side panel with every field of the document.

What you need: a Finnegans credential (OAuth2 client credentials) and, before activating it, run the “Consultar Finnegans” node once to see what your instance returns.

Important: the Finnegans API is configurable per instance, so the entity name and fields are the usual ones but are not confirmed. If a value comes out empty, adjust the “AJUSTA” block of the “Normalizar comprobantes” script (the list of field names it tries for each value). The list node does not paginate automatically: pass the pagination or date parameters your instance supports in the Filters field.

    How to set it up

    1. 1

      Connect the finnegansList credential

This template uses finnegansList in: Consultar Finnegans. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

    2. 2

Open the dashboard "Ventas de Finnegans"

Check that the test data shows up.

    3. 3

Connect Finnegans and inspect the response

Pick your credential in Consultar Finnegans and run just that node. Check the trace for the exact entity name (change it if it is not Comprobante) and field names.

    4. 4

      Map the fields

In Normalizar comprobantes add your instance's real field names to the ALIAS block. You can also change SOLO_ULTIMOS_DIAS (400 by default) to limit the history.

    5. 5

Run it and open the dashboard

Run the whole workflow and open Ventas de Finnegans. If your statuses differ from Aprobado, Pendiente, Anulado or Cobrado, edit the “Estado” filter options in the dashboard.

    6. 6

      Activate the workflow

Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.

Try it in under 5 minutes
