Daily low-stock alert from Odoo
Every working day it reads the Odoo products and emails purchasing about those below the minimum.
Everything is created inactive in a new folder of your account. Nothing runs until you activate it, and you can undo it for 24 hours.
What it does
Get ahead of stock-outs. Every working day at 8:00 the workflow reads your products through the Odoo REST API (paging automatically), picks those with fewer than 5 units available and emails purchasing a table with them. If everything is fine, it stays quiet.
What you need: an Odoo with a REST API module using basic authentication that can read products with their available quantity (qty_available) and an SMTP account.
How to use it: install the template, connect Odoo and SMTP, enter your endpoint URL, adjust the minimum in Detectar stock bajo and activate the workflow.

Connect the odoo credential
This template uses odoo in: Leer productos de Odoo. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

This template uses smtp in: Avisar a compras. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Adapt the URL and the minimum
In Leer productos de Odoo replace
https://tu-odoo.com/api/product.productwith your endpoint. In Detectar stock bajo changeMINIMO(5) and, if your API uses a different field name, the quantity field. - 4
Run it once
Run the workflow manually. Temporarily raise
MINIMO(for example to 100000) to force the email and check the format. - 5
Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
