What it does

Connect your shop or ERP to a webhook that sends every order. The workflow checks the amount: if it exceeds the threshold (1,000 by default) it alerts the team on Slack for manual review (fraud risk, credit, stock); in any case it stores the order in a Data Store to keep the history.

What you need: a Slack Incoming Webhook and your shop sending a JSON with pedido, cliente and importe.

How to use it: install the template, connect Slack, adjust the threshold in the ¿Importe alto? node and point your shop to the webhook URL.

How to set it up

Connect the slack credential
This template uses slack in: Avisar por Slack. Create or pick the credential and assign it in those nodes.

Copy the webhook URL (Recibir pedido)
A new URL is generated on install. Paste it into the external system that must call this workflow.

Adjust the threshold
In the ¿Importe alto? node change 1000 to the amount above which you want to review the order.

Send a test order
Send a POST to the webhook URL with {"pedido":"PED-1001","cliente":"Acme","importe":2500}. The alert should arrive on Slack and the row should be saved in the pedidos Data Store.

Activate the workflow
Workflows are installed inactive. Once everything is set, activate it.
